| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | can | Crushed pineapple (18oz) |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Ripe bannanas;diced |
Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Add banannas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice. Stir, do not beat. Pour into greased 9 inch tube pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool before removing from pan From: Mlooney@... (Marilyn Loone
