Baby plum cake

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Self-rising flour
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Salad oil
3 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (up to)
1½ cup Nuts; chopped
1 \N Jar baby food plums; junior-size

Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs & plums, stirring well. Add nuts. Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in greased bundt pan in a non-preheated oven at 325 for 1 hour.
