Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Self-rising flour |
2 cups | Sugar |
1 cup | Salad oil |
3 \N | Eggs |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon (up to) |
1½ cup | Nuts; chopped |
1 \N | Jar baby food plums; junior-size |
Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs & plums, stirring well. Add nuts. Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in greased bundt pan in a non-preheated oven at 325 for 1 hour.
