Bird cake

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 cups Sugar
3 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ cup Cooking oil
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Mashed bananas
8 ounces Can crushed pineapple
2 ounces Chopped walnuts

Grease and flour a tube pan. Measure dry ingredients and sift into large bowl. Make a well in center and add eggs, oil, vanilla, and bananas, blend. Add crushed pineapple with pineapple juice and nuts, blend. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan at least 2 hours before removing.
