|2||Fish fillets (orange roughy; snapper; etc)|
|1 can||Rotel tomatoes|

Put both fillets into skillet. Cover with Rotel tomatoes, juice and all.
Let sit for 5 minutes so juice permeates fish. Cover skillet. Cook fish on medium-low for 10 minutes. Serve without juices.
