Dorothy's oven bar-b-que chicken

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Chicken cut into pieces |
| 1 | medium | Onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 1 | cup | Catsup |
| 3 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Mustard, prepared |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| Salt and Pepper | ||
Directions
Brown the chicken in the oil, remove and brown the onion. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.
Place chicken in oven dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered in slow oven (325%) for one hour. Sauce is also excellent for meat.
