Don's lime-peanut-chili seafood marinade

| 1 | teaspoon | Lime rind, minced |
| ½ | cup | Scallions, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Peanut butter |
| 2 | Jalapeno peppers, minced | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Peanut oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic clove, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dill, dried |
| 1 | large | Dill pickle, minced |

Put the vinegar, lime juice, peanut oil, & peanut butter in a blender and mix on puree setting until smooth. Add in the other ingredeints and blend for 5 seconds.
