Dessert champagne

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Or 2 packages; (4 servings each)

\N \N ; grape-flavored
\N \N ; gelatin (see Note)
\N \N ; (8 servings)
1½ cup Boiling water
2 cups Cold seltzer or club soda
1 can Mandarin orange segments; drained (11 ounces)
1 cup Sliced strawberries

Place the gelatin in a large heat-proof bowl and add the boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the cold seltzer. Chill for 1½ hours, or until slightly thickened. Add the oranges and strawberries, blending well. Pour into a 6-cup mold or 8 to 10 champagne glasses. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
