Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Yellow cornmeal |
17 ounces | Whole kernel corn |
½ teaspoon | Baking soda |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
1 \N | Jalepeno peppers chopped |
2 \N | Eggs beaten |
1 cup | Buttermilk |
\N \N | Pimento chopped |
½ cup | Margarine melted |
1 cup | Cheddar cheese grated |
1 medium | Onion chopped |
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a well-greased 9x9" pan.
Place the 1 C. cheese on top. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
