|1 pack||(8 1/2 Oz) Corn muffin mix|
|1 \N||Egg; Beaten|
|¾ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|3 \N||Fresh jalapeno peppers; Seeded and chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Cooked bacon pieces|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margarine; Softened|
Grease an 8x8x2 inch baking pan; set aside. Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk, cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon pieces, and honey. Stir until well coated. Pour into the greased pan. Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes.
Spread butter on top of corn bread while still warm.
