Honey jalapeno corn bread

| 1 | Egg; Beaten | |
| ⅓ | cup | Milk |
| ¾ | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| 3 | Fresh jalapeno peppers; Seeded and chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cooked bacon pieces |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine; Softened |
Directions
Grease an 8x8x2 inch baking pan; set aside. Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk, cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon pieces, and honey. Stir until well coated. Pour into the greased pan. Bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes.
Spread butter on top of corn bread while still warm.
