Del-viled egg-heads

Ingredients

| 12 | Hard-boiled eggs, peeled | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Sweet relish | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Celery, finely minced | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Green onion, finely sliced | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Red pepper, finely minced | 
Directions
:       Slice eggs in half lengthways. Gently scoop out yolks. Place yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper and paprika in mixing bowl. 
Mix thoroughly until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. 
:       With rounded teaspoon, stuff egg whites with filling. 
Sprinkle with paprika. Use any extra filling for quick sandwiches.
