Del-viled egg-heads

Ingredients

12Hard-boiled eggs, peeled
3tablespoonsMayonnaise
1tablespoonDijon mustard
½teaspoonBlack pepper
½teaspoonPaprika
2tablespoonsSweet relish
2tablespoonsCelery, finely minced
2tablespoonsGreen onion, finely sliced
1tablespoonRed pepper, finely minced

Directions

: Slice eggs in half lengthways. Gently scoop out yolks. Place yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper and paprika in mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients.

: With rounded teaspoon, stuff egg whites with filling.

Sprinkle with paprika. Use any extra filling for quick sandwiches.
