Hell's eggs

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
10 larges Hard cooked eggs
1 \N Clove garlic
2 \N Serrano chiles; seeded and minced
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dried mustard powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne powder
¼ teaspoon Pure chile powder
¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon Chopped chives

Hell's Eggs (hotter than your normal deviled eggs!): Mash egg yolks with remaining ingredients (except chives). Refill eggs. Sprinkle chives on top.
