2tablespoonsA-1 Steak Sauce
8ouncesSliced fresh mushrooms
1Red bell pepper; sliced
1packFrozen snow peas; thawed (8 oz)
Cooked brown rice

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute in hot oil until browned. Add Worcestershire and A-1 sauces; cook one minute. Stir in remaining ingredients and saute until tender. Serve over brown rice. Yield: 4 servings.
