Curried shrimp rounds

Yield: 40 appetizers

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Quick mix
⅔ cup Milk
2 cans Shrimp; drained
1 cup Cheese, swiss; grated
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Green onions; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
½ cup Water chestnuts;thinly slice
\N \N Parsley flakes; for garnish

Mix quick mix and milk let dough stand for 5 min. Knead dough. Roll out ⅛" thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Mix everything else except water chestnuts and parsley. Spoon on dough top with water chestnut and parsley. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
