Curried shrimp rounds

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Quick mix |
| ⅔ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | cans | Shrimp; drained |
| 1 | cup | Cheese, swiss; grated |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green onions; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| ½ | cup | Water chestnuts;thinly slice |
| Parsley flakes; for garnish | ||
Directions
Mix quick mix and milk let dough stand for 5 min. Knead dough. Roll out ⅛" thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Mix everything else except water chestnuts and parsley. Spoon on dough top with water chestnut and parsley. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
