Curried shrimp

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Butter (or marg.) | 
| ¼ | cup | Onion flakes; crushed | 
| ⅓ | cup | Flour, all-purpose | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 3 | teaspoons | Curry powder | 
| 1 | cup | Stock, chicken | 
| 2 | cups | Milk | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeezd | 
| 4 | cups | Shrimp; cooked | 
Directions
Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes, and cook until soft.  Stir in flour and seasonings.  Add stock; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add milk, lemon juice, and shrimp.  Heat thoroughly.
