Curried shrimp

¼cupOnion flakes; crushed
cupFlour, all-purpose
1teaspoonSalt
3teaspoonsCurry powder
1cupStock, chicken
2cupsMilk
1teaspoonLemon juice; freshly squeezd
4cupsShrimp; cooked

Directions

Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes, and cook until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add stock; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add milk, lemon juice, and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.
