Cucumber and yogurt salad (tamatar raita)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Cucumber -- peeled & seeded
1 small Onion -- minced
2½ cup Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Mint leaves -- chopped
1 \N Chili pepper -- seeded &
\N \N Sliced

Finely shred the cucumber into ½" lengths. Place in a bowl with the onion and yogurt. Stir to mix. Cover and chill in fridge until ready to serve, Garnish with mint and pepper. 90 calories and 0 grams fat.
