4 ounces Garbanzo beans, cooked --

1 \N Head lettuce -- cut in 1/4\"

1 cup Basil leaves -- chopped
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, part skim
\N \N Milk -- grated
12 ounces Chicken breasts without skin
\N \N Poached and sliced
8 ounces Salami, dry wine
8 ounces Plum tomatoes, diced --
\N \N Reserve 1/2 garnish
½ cup Provolone cheese -- grated,
½ \N Garnish
3 \N Stalks green onions --
\N \N Sliced, 1/2 garnish
8 \N Whole lettuce leaves
\N \N Italian Vinaigrette

Date: Sun, 19 May 1996 09:24:33 -0700 Combine garbanzo beans, lettuce, basil, mozzarella, chicken, salami, half the tomatoes, half the provolone and half the green onions. Toss with the Italian Vinaigrette. Divide evenly between 8 lettuce-lined plates. Garnish with the remaining tomatoes, provolone and green onions.
