Crustless bacon and egg quiche

Ingredients

| 6 | slices | Fat-free turkey bacon; cooked and crumbled |
| ½ | cup | Skim milk |
| ½ | cup | Low-fat baking mix |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | Fleischmann's® Fat Free Spread; liquid |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | cup | Fat-free cheddar cheese; grated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
