Crustless bacon and egg quiche

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 slices Fat-free turkey bacon; cooked and crumbled
½ cup Skim milk
½ cup Low-fat baking mix
3 \N Eggs
¼ cup Fleischmann's® Fat Free Spread; liquid
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
1 cup Fat-free cheddar cheese; grated

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
