Crunchy twice-baked potatoes

Ingredients

| 4 | larges | Baking potatoes; (baked until done) |
| ½ | cup | Melted butter |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Crisp cooked bacon; (diced) |
| 3 | cups | Crushed fritos® brand original or wild n' mild ranch® brand flavor corn chips |
| ¼ | cup | Diced green onions |
| 2 | cups | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
Split cooked potatoes lengthwide and scoop out inside. Mash potato filling with butter and milk. Add bacon, 2 cups Fritos® brand Corn Chips, onions, 1 cup cheese. Mix and refill potato skins. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining 1 cup cheese and 1 cup Fritos®. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
