Crouton and sumac salad

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Cucumber, peeled and diced |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh coriander leaves |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh mint |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic, crushed | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sumac |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Plain croutons, or well bread cubes |
Directions
