Yield: 24 Servings
|¼ cup||Finely chopped parsley|
|¼ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|12 slices||White bread; cut into small cubes|
Preheat oven to 275ø. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the herbs and cheese. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the bread cubes. Toss the cubes in the butter until well coated. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until browned. Store in a covered container until ready to use. Yield: 6 cups croutons.
