Crockpot wine chicken with noodles

6 | Pieces chicken, boneless and skinless | |
1 | can | Mushroom soup, undiluted |
⅓ | Soup can dry white wine | |
Salt and pepper, to taste | ||
1 | can | (4 oz) mushroom pieces, drained |
1 | Bag (8 oz) egg noodles | |
Butter and parsley |
Directions
In crockpot, place chicken pieces. Salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle the mushroom pieces over the top of the chicken. Mix together mushroom soup and white wine. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, longer if necessary.
When ready to serve, cook noodles according to package directions until just tender. drain, and toss with butter and parsley.
Place noodles on a warm platter (a large one). Top with chicken pieces and juices from the crockpot. Serve.
