Crockpot sausage and kraut

Ingredients

1packBratwurst (or bockwurst, knockwurst, etc.) - I used 6 pieces
1packFresh sauerkraut (you could use 1 medium can)
½Bag frozen potato chunks (like homestyle hash browns)
1smallBrown onion, chopped
1canBeer
Garlic to taste

Directions
