Crockpot sausage and kraut

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Bratwurst (or bockwurst, knockwurst, etc.) - I used 6 pieces
1 pack Fresh sauerkraut (you could use 1 medium can)
½ \N Bag frozen potato chunks (like homestyle hash browns)
1 small Brown onion, chopped
1 can Beer
\N \N Garlic to taste

Add beer to crock pot. Drop sausages in, add onions, sauerkraut and potatoes. Chop garlic and add to top. Simmer 3-4 hours. Very tender and great flavor! Posted to EAT-L Digest by "Pamela F. Wagner" <FanofPern@...> on Jul 5, 1997
