1 pack | Bratwurst (or bockwurst, knockwurst, etc.) - I used 6 pieces |
1 pack | Fresh sauerkraut (you could use 1 medium can) |
½ \N | Bag frozen potato chunks (like homestyle hash browns) |
1 small | Brown onion, chopped |
1 can | Beer |
\N \N | Garlic to taste |
