Crisp bacon muffins

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 Bacon slices
1⅓ cup Cake flour
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 Egg
¾ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Bacon fat


Saute bacon til crisp, and chop fine. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Add the bacon. Combine the egg, milk and bacon fat, and blend into the first mixture.
