Creole wax beans

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Wax beans -- cooked
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
½ \N Green pepper -- chopped
3 tablespoons Cooking oil
1½ tablespoon Flour
1½ cup Tomato juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is yellow. Blend in flour, add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and beans. Heat thoroughly.
