| 1½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |

| 4 | eaches | Cloves garlic, chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Leaf thyme |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Leaf oregano |
| 1½ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | each | Chicken bouillon cube |
| 5 | eaches | Bay leaves |
| 8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and transfer to crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice.
