Creole garlic grits for breakfast

| 6 | STRIPS BACON | |
| 4 | CLOVES GARLIC,MINCED | |
| 1 | STICK MARGARINE | |
| 8 | EGGS | |
| SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE | ||
Directions
Cook grits, seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes; add minced garlic & stir. Fry bacon slices until crisp & crumble well on small plate. Fry eggs in ½ stick margarine,your choice, over or up.
Place ¼ of grits in center of serving plate & add pat of margarine.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon & top with two eggs. Season to taste.
