Creamy zucchini soup

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ cup Zucchini; peel/slice/steam
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds; toasted/ground
½ teaspoon Salt

Blend all the ingredients. Serve the soup chilled.
