Chilled zucchini soup

Ingredients

1Onion -- chopped
½cupButter
2cupsChicken broth
1largeZucchini -- cut in chunks
1bunchCelery tops -- 1 bunch
2Bay leaves
¼cupChives -- chopped
3tablespoonsFresh parsley -- chopped
1teaspoonSalt
2cupsButtermilk
1dashCayenne
1tablespoonCurry to taste

Directions

Saute onion in butter. Add broth, zucchini, celery, bay leaves, chives, and parsley. Simmer until zucchini is very soft. Remove bay leaves, and puree in small batches with blender. Cool. Before serving add buttermilk, salt, cayenne, and curry to taste. Chill and serve cold.
