Measure | Ingredient |

1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
1 cup | Skim milk Dash Tabasco sauce |
3 \N | Tomatoes, diced |
12 ounces | Tofu |
2 tablespoons | Minced parsley |
Spray a saucepan with Pam. Saute onion and garlic over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until soft. Add milk, Tabasco and tomatoes, stirring constantly. Cool 10 minutes. Pour into food processor, add 10 ounces of the tofu and process until smooth. Serve hot or cold. Cut remaining tofu into small cubes. Sprinkle with tofu and parsley.
