Creamy tofu dressing

Ingredients

1largeGarlic clove; minced
2tablespoonsLow-sodium soy sauce;
1Lemon; juice with plup
¼teaspoonDried leaf oregano;
¼teaspoonDried leaf marjoram;
3tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar;
3Green onions; chopped
¼cupWater; about

Directions

Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth.
