Creamy spinach bake

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked & drained spinach -- |
| Or frozen | ||
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| ½ | Envelope dry onion soup mix | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter -- melted |
| ¼ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Cook & drain the spinach ( or use frozen). Combine spinach w/ sour cream & dry soup mix. Pour into a small greased casserole dish. Combine melted butter w/ bread crumbs ( I use more bread crumbs, ½ to 1 cup). Sprinkle over the top. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
