Creamy southwest noodles

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7½ cup (12 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy® wide noodles; uncooked
2 cups (16 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 pack (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
Picante sauce; (optional)
Shredded cheddar cheese; (optional)
Sliced pitted ripe olives; (optional)

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together sour cream and taco seasoning over low heat until warm. Serve sauce over hot noodles; top with picante sauce, Cheddar cheese and olives, if desired.
