1 pounds | Medium-size macaroni shells |
½ pounds | Cooked ham |
1 pack | (10-oz) frozen broccoli spears, thawed |
1 \N | Clove garlic, crushed |
½ cup | Butter or margarine |
1 cup | Heavy cream |
1 cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Cook macaroni shells in boiling salted water, following label directions.
Slice ham into slivers. Cut broccoli into ½" pieces.
Saute garlic, ham, and broccoli in butter in large skillet, until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 min.
Stir in heavy cream. Cook over medium heat for 3 min. Stir in cheese. Lower heat; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Drain macaroni shells; toss with sauce.
Serves 4-6.
