½ cup CHOPPED WALNUTS
2 cups SNIPPED FRESH BASIL
½ cup PARMESAN CHEESE
4 eaches CLOVES, GARLIC, PEELED
1 dash PEPPER

IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER, PLACE OIL, NUTS, BASIL, CHEESE AND GARLIC.

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD PEPPER TO TASTE. MAKES ABOUT ONE CUP SAUCE. PER TABLESPOON = 79 CALORIES, 7 g FAT (71% CALORIES FROM FAT).
