Creamy low-fat turkey ham zita with spinach

Ingredients

12ouncesLean turkey \"ham\"; cubed
1Red or green pepper; diced
10ouncesPkg frozen spinach ; thawed and squeezed dry
1cupNon-fat sour cream
¾cupSkim milk
¼cupDijon mustard
¼cupFresh parsley; chopped
2tablespoonsFresh dill; minced
1tablespoonLemon juice
¾teaspoonHot pepper sauce
½teaspoonSalt [optional]
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Prepare pasta. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey ham and pepper; cook until pepper softens and ham browns, about 5 min.

In a blender puree the spinach and the remaining ingredients and add to the ham and peppers. Continue cooking until the sauce starts to simmer and toss the pasta with the sauce.
