Creamy low-fat turkey ham zita with spinach

12 | ounces | Lean turkey \"ham\"; cubed |
1 | Red or green pepper; diced | |
10 | ounces | Pkg frozen spinach ; thawed and squeezed dry |
1 | cup | Non-fat sour cream |
¾ | cup | Skim milk |
¼ | cup | Dijon mustard |
¼ | cup | Fresh parsley; chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh dill; minced |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¾ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Salt [optional] |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Prepare pasta. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey ham and pepper; cook until pepper softens and ham browns, about 5 min.
In a blender puree the spinach and the remaining ingredients and add to the ham and peppers. Continue cooking until the sauce starts to simmer and toss the pasta with the sauce.
