Creamy egg jigglers (our favorite!)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Boiling water
2 packs (8-serving size) JELL-O gelatin, any flavor
1 cup Cold milk
1 pack (4-serving size) JELL-O vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling

This is from the Easter Egg recipe leaflet that came with the mold. Hope this helps.

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 3 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool 30 minutes at room temperature.

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.

Quickly stir into gelatin with wire whisk until blended. Immediately pour into mold to top of the egg shape. Pour remaining mixture into 8 or 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Posted to EAT-L Digest 30 Mar 97 by Darryl and Kelly Youngblood <ke4hts@...> on Mar 31, 1997
