| 1 cup | Dairy souce cream |
| 1 teaspoon | Grated onion |
| 1 \N | Jar (2-oz) imported lumpfish caviar |
Gently soften cream cheese. Blend in sour cream & onion. Slowly & gently stir in the caviar. Serve slightly chilled. Serves 8-12.
