Creamy baked cheesecake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Butter, melted
1¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
2 \N 8 oz. packages of cream
\N \N Cheese, softened
14 ounces Eagle Brand sweetened milk
\N \N (not evaporated milk)
3 \N Eggs
¼ cup ReaLemon juice concentrate
8 ounces Sour cream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly on the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and ReaLemon; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bae 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Cool; chill thoroughly. Spread sour cream on top.
