Creamy baked cheesecake

| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | 8 oz. packages of cream | |
| Cheese, softened | ||
| 14 | ounces | Eagle Brand sweetened milk |
| (not evaporated milk) | ||
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | ReaLemon juice concentrate |
| 8 | ounces | Sour cream |
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly on the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and ReaLemon; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bae 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Cool; chill thoroughly. Spread sour cream on top.
