Creamed pie w/ fresh fruit

Ingredients

| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Unflavored gelatin; soften in |
| 1 | teaspoon | Water |
| ⅓ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ⅓ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | pint | Whipping cream |
| 1 | Baked pie shell or graham cracker crust | |
| Fresh fruit or berries | ||
Directions
Cream together cream cheese, gelatin, vanilla, & sugar in mixer, scraping sides as you mix. Add whipping cream & beat rapidly until stiff, but do not overbeat. Put in pie shell & freeze 1 hour. Serve topped w/ fresh fruit or berries in season.
