Melon creme pie

Ingredients

4cupsCantaloupe; diced
1pinchSea salt
Spring water
1cupApple juice
3Chunks tofu; (about 4 ounces) (up to 4)
4tablespoonsAgar agar; (up to 5)

Directions

Water-saute‚ the cantaloupe for about 10 minutes. Put in blender or food mill and puree with apple juice and tofu. Put mixture back in pan on the stove, add agar agar, simmer until dissolved, and pour in pie plate until hardened.
