Cranvodka jello

Measure Ingredient
1 large Cranberry jello
2 cups Boiling water
1 cup Cold water
½ cup Vodka

Dissolve the jell-o powder in the boiling water, stir to dissolve thoroughly. Add the cold water, add the vodka; let cool, refrigerate until firm.

If you'd like to mould it, just pour it into your mould. ( the liquid in the recipe is reduced per the moulding instructions.) Use your favorite cranberry-relish mould... Or, use a clean coffee can or other tubular container for a similar effect.
