1 cup | Corn syrup, light or dark |
1 cup | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | Butter or margarine, melted |
2 cups | Cranberries, coarsely chopped |
1 cup | Walnuts, chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake the cookie crust.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat eggs corn syrup, sugar, and butter until well blended. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Immediately pour over hot crust; spread evenly. Bake until set, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 1½ inch squares. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #
