Cranberry walnut squares

Yield: 60 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Recipe cookie crust
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Corn syrup, light or dark
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine, melted
2 cups Cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup Walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake the cookie crust.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat eggs corn syrup, sugar, and butter until well blended. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Immediately pour over hot crust; spread evenly. Bake until set, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 1½ inch squares. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #
