| 6 | mediums | Apples* |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pumpkin pie spice |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sort and wash cranberries. Put cranberries, sugar, orange juice, pie spice and cornstarch in a sauce pan. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. bring to a boil and cook over low heat until thickened and the cranberries have poppe * I prefer Granny Smith apples but this is good with any kind.
Note: This pie is quite tart and you may want to increase the sugar to one cup if you don't appreciate tart desserts and the full flavor of cranberries.
