Cran-apple sauce

6 | larges | Apples -- peeled & chopped |
½ | cup | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Apple juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground mace |
⅛ | teaspoon | Coriander -- ground |
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 min. or until apples are tender.
Remove from heat and cool slightly. Puree mixture in food processor.
