Crab rangoon spread with won ton crackers

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
20 \N Won-ton wrappers
3 tablespoons Butter, melted (up to 4)
\N \N Parmesan cheese, grated
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Milk
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
6 ounces Crab meat
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley, or green onions
\N \N Sweet and sour sauce, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly brush a cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half (to make rectangles). Arrange rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on paper towels. Repeat with remaining won ton rectangles.

Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in microwave oven on high power 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in crambeat and parsley. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until thoroughly heated.

Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with the sweet and sour sauce, if desired. Serve heated spread with won ton crackers.
