Crab finger or shrimp marinade

Ingredients

Lemon; juice of

4dropsTabasco
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonCapers; mashed and drained
¼cupFinely chopped green onions
¼cupFinely chopped celery
1tablespoonChopped parsley
6Cloves garlic; minced
½teaspoonThyme
1can(15-oz) crab fingers -or-
2cans(6-oz) shrimp; drained

Directions

Mix all ingredients except crab fingers or shrimp. Add crab fingers or shrimp and marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator.
