Crab filling for mini cream puffs

Ingredients

3ouncesCream cheese; softened
¼cupMaui onion; finely minced
2tablespoonsFresh chives; chopped
¼cupCarrot; finely shredded
2tablespoonsRoasted peppers; finely chopped
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1dashTabasco sauce
1pack(6 oz) frozen crab meat; cooked, drained

Directions

Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.

Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.

Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
