Crab filling for mini cream puffs

Ingredients

3 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
¼ | cup | Maui onion; finely minced |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh chives; chopped |
¼ | cup | Carrot; finely shredded |
2 | tablespoons | Roasted peppers; finely chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | dash | Tabasco sauce |
1 | pack | (6 oz) frozen crab meat; cooked, drained |
Directions
Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.
Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.
Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
