Mushroom crab puffs^

Ingredients

36largesStuffing mushrooms
1cupOil
¼teaspoonPepper
½cupWhite wine vinegar or white
Vinegar
5ouncesJar sharp cheese spread
¼cupMayonnaise
2cans(6oz) crab, drained and
Cleaned
3tablespoonsThinly sliced green onion

Directions

Marinate mushoom caps only in a ziploc bag with combined oil, vinegar, and pepper 4-24 hours. Blend cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in crab and onion.

Drain mushrooms, discarding mayonnnaise. Dry caps; fill with crab mixture. Broil 4" from heat 5-8 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
