Mushroom crab puffs^

| ½ | cup | White wine vinegar or white |

| 5 | ounces | Jar sharp cheese spread |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | cans | (6oz) crab, drained and |
| Cleaned | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Thinly sliced green onion |
Directions
Marinate mushoom caps only in a ziploc bag with combined oil, vinegar, and pepper 4-24 hours. Blend cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in crab and onion.
Drain mushrooms, discarding mayonnnaise. Dry caps; fill with crab mixture. Broil 4" from heat 5-8 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
