Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 2 | cups | Small curd cottage cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Milk |
| 1½ | cup | Powdered sugar |
Directions
BUTTER FROSTING
Have ingredients at room temperature. Combine them in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and elastic. Chill several hours or overnight. Divide dough in two parts and roll into a circle on a floured surface ⅛-inch thick. Cut into wedges and roll from wide end. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool and ice.
