Cornmeal bread

¼ cup Vegetable Oil

2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
2 cups Bread flour
1½ teaspoon Yeast


This loaf rises very high and is suprisingly good. We have tried other breadmaker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one. Gaye (from Donna German CB I)
